Cemeteries
As we visited cemeteries in the Maryland area, we did take photographs of several of the stones, sculptures, etc. This may not interest some, but for many that are working on their 'family histories' there could be a value. They have been transcribed to the best of my ability. Often the stones were difficult to read or were damaged and I attempted to determine names and dates of birth and death when available. If you have photos you would like to add or names to the transcription list, the only requirement is that they be German or of German descent and resided in Maryland.
Please email me at germanmarylanders@gmail.com.
NOTE: Please understand that the German Marylanders website or those working for German Marylanders do not own, manage or maintain any of the cemeteries that we have photographed. We do it strictly it strictly for those searching German family ancestors.
